In accordance with legislation under the Real Estate Services Act of BC, we are required to provide you with the information contained in the following document which is to advise you of Representation and Unrepresented Parties in a real estate transaction in BC.  

We act as the agent for the owner of the rental property.  We do not represent the tenant in a transaction when renting from our office.
