To apply for any of our properties for rent please complete the following application form.

Please read the following directions to ensure we can process your application promptly.

We require a separate application from each adult that will be occupying the Property.
(Excluding Adult Children of the Applicants)

• When filling out the application please use registered emails and phone numbers other than cellular phones when ever possible.

• For employment verification we require the main office phone number and the company email that will lead us to the person that will verify your employment information. 

• If you are self employed then please forward your the last year's tax Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada verifying your income. 

• Please complete the information fully. If you have any additional information that you feel will help with the approval of you application, please feel free to forward this information to us.  

• If you are new to Canada then we may require documents from the Canada Immigration to verify your authorized length of stay.
  

• Partially completed applications may not be processed and all applications are subject to approval by the property owner or the agent.
