I am pleased to announce that after 15 years with Ascent Real Estate Management Corporation, I have made a move that is in the best interest to my clients and my family.  I have just licensed my own real estate company, specializing in property management, under the banner of Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada.

By joining Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada I can now offer my clients a much larger network of buyers, sellers, investors and potential tenants for all their properties.  My new office in Burnaby is centrally located to serve all areas of Greater Vancouver and I welcome the opportunity to serve all your future real estate needs.

I have been professionally managing residential and commercial properties for over 15 years and have the proven business experience to provide my clients with the professional services they need and deserve.  Putting my many years of property management experience to work for you ensures your property is secure through professional tenant selection and legally satisfying the ever changing landlord and tenant legislation.  With the added value of Coldwell Banker’s international reach I will be part of a network of over 3,800 offices and 126,000 associates around the world.  My business and clients will benefit by referrals from my new colleagues locally and worldwide which will enhance the service I can provide my clients.
